Fourth of seven children of Joseph Fisher and Evaline McLean. Came with her family from Nauvoo to Utah in one of the earliest pioneer companies, settling in East Mill Creek. Married Isaac Joseph Seely 17 May 1862 in Salt Lake City. They had eight children, of whom the sixth was Arta McLean Seely.
