Was a former resident of Thorndale and had lived in Austin for the past 15 years. He was an elder emeritus of the Central Christian Church. Past master of the Thorndale Masonic Lodge. Member of Ben Hur Temple and the Shrine. He attended the University of Texas and was a veteran of WW-1. SURVIVORS: Brother, Frank J. Clement of Austin; sister, Mrs. Louis (Nona) Shudde, Austin; 2 nieces, 5 nephews and a number of cousins. Relatives from Thorndale attending services were: M/M Norman Clement, Miss Norma Jean Clement and Mrs. Jack Clement. Friends attending were: Mrs. E.P. Survant, Morgan Smith and B.B. McAnulty.
