EVANS - Ada Odessa Barnett Spalding, 75, of Evan died June 19, 1997, in General Division, CAMC, after a long illness.
She was a housewife, a member of Rebekah Lodge 19, Ripley, and Ripley Tabernacle Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher.
Surviving: daughters, Donna Keyser of Parlin, N.J., Charlotte Spalding of Evans, Diane Raines of Ripley, Shelia Parker of Cottageville; sister, Louvina Wilkes of Catlettsburg, Ky.; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Ripley Tabernacle Church with the Rev. Mark Siers officiating. Burial will be in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, and one hour prior to service at the church.
