Visitation will be Sunday, January 31, 2021, at 11:30 am at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. Funeral service will follow at Noon in the Chapel. Burial will be in East Franklin Cemetery.

Shirley was a member of Blue Springs Freewill Baptist and Cornerstone Fellowship Church..

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lemmie Cummings; daughter, Charlotte Prince Stehno; parents, Hobert and Loretta Scott; sister, Eloise McAlister; and brothers, Hobert Jr. and L.J. Scott.
