Joanne worked at Helmerich & Payne as a receptionist and owned her own Nutrisystem business. Industriously employed but faith driven Joanne attended the 29th & Yale Church of Christ and the Jenks Church of Christ. Living out her faith she spent several years serving various entities with her volunteer work.
Joanne is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Winter; her daughter, Teresa Deeann Heck; her brother, Dr. Charles Ogle; and her nephew, Kent Hale.
