David Starling Gunn, 92, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at Brookdale of Reidsville.

A private Memorial Service will be held at Woodmont United Methodist Church Columbarium.

A life-long resident of Reidsville, he was a son of the late Robert and Emma Ellington Gunn and a graduate of Wentworth High School. David was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War, a member of Woodmont United Methodist Church and he owned and operated B & G Glass from 1955 until 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Norma Bryant Gunn, and a brother; James Gunn.

Surviving is his son; Greg Gunn and wife; Jennifer, his daughter; Pam Scott, his brother; Robert Calvin Gunn, his grandchildren; Alyson Walker and husband; Clint, Logan Gunn and wife; Stacie, Stephanie DeHart and husband; Mike, Erin Scott, and Natalie Scott, his great grandchildren; Westyn Walker, Makynna Walker, Hawkyns Walker, Wyatt Gunn, and Ayden DeHart.
