Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Samuel and Eliza (Wilson) Hindle. He lived in Lincoln for the past five years and prior to that he lived in Cumberland.
Mr. Hindle was a lithographer for Paramount Greeting Cards and also worked for Color Craft a Division of Paramount for over forty years retiring in 1986. After his retirement he worked for Viti Brothers.
He was a Navy veteran during WWII.
Mr. Hindle was a Mason and an avid golfer. He was a member of Chemawa Golf Club.
He leaves three daughters, Joyce Hindle Koutsogiane Ed.D of Cumberland, Cheryl Pimental of Taunton, Ma. and Lisa Deppe DVM of Ellsworth, Iowa, one sister, Ida Morris of Pawtucket and three grandchildren Cara Pimental, Miranda and Connor Deppe.
