Mrs. Royse Dies At Home
Services for Mrs. Hattie W. Royse, East Foreman road, who died early Monday at her home, were at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Christian church with the Rev. C. Reese Porter officiationg. Burial was in the El Reno cemetery under the direction of Wilson funeral home.

Mrs. Royse was born Sept. 23, 1880, at Franklin, Ind. She came to El Reno in 1907. She was a member of the First Christian church and GAR.

Survivors include her husband, Lewis, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. A. E. Atkinson, El Reno route 2, and Mrs. Yvonne LeBleu, Chickasha; a brother, Clarence Walters, Trafalgar, Ind., seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Dec. 31 1907 Hattie married Lewis ROYSE at Bartholomew, IN.

Their children were Yvonne and Thelma.

TRAFALGAR – Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. Hattie Royse, sister of Clarence Walters, of Trafalgar, in the Wilson Funeral Home at El Reno, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Royse, 84, died at El Reno at 2:30 a.m. Monday. Although she had been ill off and on for several years, death was unexpected.

Her brother, Mr. Walters, left Monday for El Reno to attend the funeral. He was accompanied by his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Walters, and his son-in-law, John Frazier.

Mrs. Royse was born in September of 1880. She was reared near Franklin and attended Franklin schools. Her parents were the late John E. and Hanna Long Walters.

She married Lewis Royse, of El Reno, and they had two daughters. While living in Johnson County, she was a member of the Young's Creek Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, two daughters, one brother, and several grandchildren. Her daughters are Mrs. Yvonne Leblue of Chikashaw, Okla., and Mrs. Thelma Atkinson, of El Reno.
