She married Edgar Schreckengost on Oct. 9, 1938, and had one daughter.
She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Butler, and Zion Lutheran Church, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two sisters, Mary Catherine Gaiser and Nelda Marie King.
Surviving are her daughter, a granddaughter, a grandson, a sister-in-law, and five nieces and nephews.
Friends of will be received at the Bence-Mihalcik Funeral Home, Indiana, and at the Zion Lutheran Church, where a funeral liturgy will be sung with the Rev. Brian C. Miller presiding. Interment will follow at the North Side Cemetery, Butler, where the family also will receive friends.
