Patricia “Pat” Sue Foster Tracy, 75, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, after battling a long history of illnesses throughout her life, passed away from cancer, on Friday, January 8, 2021, at her home. She was born on Tuesday, July 17, 1945, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to Roy and Susie Waymon Foster.

On August 14, 1961, Pat married the love of her life, Bill Tracy. Pat and Bill were blessed with a daughter, Angela Tracy, and Pat spent her life as a loving, caring and dedicated wife, mother, and later, grandmother.

Pat had a strong faith in her Lord Jesus Christ and was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Pocahontas, and later the First Free Will Baptist Church, in Pocahontas. Pat also liked to do needlework and was an avid Barbie doll collector.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Susie Waymon Foster; brother, R.H. Foster; sister, Lorene Hill.

Pat is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, Bill Tracy, of the home; her daughter, Angela Tracy, of Pocahontas; grandson, Will Ewing, of Springdale; and many other loved ones and friends.

All services will be held in the chapel of Hope Gardens Funeral Home, in Pocahontas, on Sunday, January 10, 2021. Pat’s visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and her funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 pm; Nelson Henderson officiating. Pat will be laid to rest in the Masonic Cemetery.

Honored to carry Pat to her final earthly resting place are Les McPherson, Tony Shepherd, Jeff Thielemier, Ronnie Radcliff, Chad Overman, and Danny Rodgers.
