LaBaren accepted Christ as his personal savior and was baptized at the Assembly of God Church of Boothville, LA in 1980.
Beloved son of Linda Mallard Powell & Alfred Bartholomew Sr., Stepson of Winston L. Powell Jr., devoted father of LaChantel, Asia, Miriam, Bryan & Aiden Bartholomew. Loving brother of Alynda Mallard, Latrice Mallard, Lance Bartholomew, LaJuan Powell, Natika Bartholomew-Everett, Krishelle Powell-Landers (Edward), Bobby (Ungie) Powell, Jordan Powell, Tyla Powell, Evelyn Powell & the late Alfred Bartholomew Jr. Grandfather of Zayden Allen.
