CAZENOVIA - John M. Rockweiler, 78, a prominent local farmer and livestock dealer for the past 50 years, died Sunday morning (Dec. 17, 1961) in a Richland Center hospital after a short illness.
He was village-assessor for the past 30 years.
Surviving in Madison is a daughter, Mrs. Mary Hagen, 4214 Buckeye Rd.
The body is at the Gant funeral home, Cazenovia, where friends may call after noon Tuesday.
