Joni Michelle Shively, age 39 of Lebanon, passed away Friday January 08, 2021, at Spring View Hospital. She was born April 01, 1981 in Danville, KY. She is preceded in death by her mother, Janice Shively. She is survived by her son, daughter, father, and brother. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Fatima Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until 10:20 A.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home. Per request of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, only 20 people can be present for mass. Due to COVID-19 the funeral home is limited to 50% capacity. Facemasks are required to enter the facilities. Food and drinks are prohibited at this time.
