Charles "Chubby" A. Turner, 54, of 780 Slab Bridge Rd., Liberty, SC, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 22nd, 2011. He was the son of the late J.D. and Ella Taylor Turner. He attended Pickens Church of God. Surviving are one daughter, Cindy Turner and husband Brian of Easley; four grandchildren, Josh, Cassidy, Justin and Haley of Easley; one sister, Brenda Diane Young (David) of Central; four brothers, J.B. Turner (Jean) and Harold Turner (Edna) of Easley, Calvin Turner (Loretta) of Illinois, Gerald Turner of Pickens. He was predeceased by three sisters, Nancy Massey, Ruth Holder and Louise Durham.
