Lottie was born on September 26, 1928, to the late McKinley Baldwin and Edna McCary Baldwin. Lottie was the second eldest of seven children, all preceding her in death.
She leaves to cherish her wonderful memory: her loving daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn R. Lanier-Nolley and Nathan Nolley of Upper Marlboro, Md.; a grandson, Ahmad Jackson of Dallas, Texas; a sister-in-law, Myrtle Baldwin of Silver Springs, Md.; a brother-in-law, Charles Emery of Washington, District of Columbia; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
Lottie always will be remembered for her love of God, excellent parenting skills, generosity to and love of people.
