Naomi A. Liles
Naomi Aderholt Liles passed away peacefully Thursday, December 31, of natural causes in Pensacola, Florida. She leaves behind her soulmate of seventy-five years, Commander James Edwin Liles, and her three daughters, Deda Nelson, Jennifer Long, and Terri Benfield. Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Naomi led a full and happy life, blessed with the remarkable experiences and travel of a Navy wife and mother. She radiated grace, kindness, and strength, and provided a wonderful childhood and guidance for her daughters. Her bright intellect and playful spirit were a hallmark to all who knew her, as was her steadfast love for her husband, Jim.
