Betty Frances Appling Webb, age 76 of Mello,ontic passed away Friday, January 1, 2021, at Belle View Estates Nursing and Rehab in Monticello.
She was born February 26, 1944, in Grapevine, AR to the late Earl Appling and Zola Clements Appling.
She was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone and a member of Pauling Missionary Baptist Church.
Betty was a very talented seamstress and excellent cook who also loved photography and growing flowers.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Webb of Monticello; one daughter, Patricia Sue Chandler and husband John of Chesapeake, VA; one sister, Mattie Minchew of Little Rock; and two granddaughters.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 4, 2021, at Andrews Chapel Cemetery
