BT is survived by his son, Tony Ake of Dublin, Texas; his daughter and son in law Michelle and Joe Koehler of Mineral Wells, Texas; his son and daughter in law Travis and Mandy Ake of Dublin, Texas; his daughter Kristi Ake Higgins of San Antonio; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; his brother Delton Ake of Waxahachie, Texas; his sister Beverly Bryan of Stamford, Texas; and his sister and brother in law Phyllis and Ed McCorkle of San Angelo, Texas.
BT was honored with a celebration of his life on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at the First United Methodist Church in Gorman, Texas.
