Grace Dean (Foster) Stewart was born at Mammoth, Ozark, Missouri on September 9, 1898 and departed this life on November 5, 1971 at the age of 73 years, 1 month and 26 days. She was the daughter of Samuel Bartlett and Mary Ann "Polly" (Bishop) Foster.

On April 29, 1923 she was married to Harvey James Stewart who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons: Billie of Ava, Missouri and Ivan of Weaubleau, Missouri; 2 daughters: Polly Margaret Hathcock of Dedham, Iowa and Peggy Vens of Wheatland, Iowa; 1 brother: Palmer Foster of Selah, Washington; one sister: Mrs Elsie Rosenberg of Orangevale, California.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday in Oak Grove Baptist Church, Wasola, with the Rev Will Havens officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Stewart died at 9:20 Friday at her home (living with Mrs Black) after a long illness.
