Mary Lou (nee Gough) Palmer, beloved wife of the late Robert H. Palmer.

Devoted mother of Bonita (the late David) Williams, Mary Beth (William) Brewster, Barry Palmer (Penny), Robert J. Palmer (Tracy), William Palmer (Leilani), Barbara (Jerry) Dalrymple, Beverly (John) Rosiello. Loving grandmother to 12, dear great-grandmother to 21.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Mary (nee Ratermann) Gough and her brother John E. Gough and sister-in-law Ruth (nee Bias) Gough.

Mary Lou passed away on Sunday December 27, 2020 at the age of 99 surrounded by loving family.

A faithful Catholic all her life, she was born in Covington, Kentucky and went to Mother of God Church grade school, graduated high school from Notre Dame Academy and went on to graduate from Good Samaritan School of Nursing class of 1942. Nursing was her vocation for many years.

Married for almost 50 years and residing in Deer Park for most of those years, she was a longtime member of St. Vincent Ferrer Church.

Visitation will be held on Monday January 4th from 5:00 until 7:30 at Thomas-Justin Memorial Funeral Home, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236).

Due to Covid-19 regulations, masks will be required, and temperatures will be taken at the door. Only 10 people will be admitted into the funeral home at a time. When you arrive, please call the funeral home at 513-791-5353. We will take your name and number and call you back when it is your time to visit with the family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday January 5th, 10:30 AM at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 7754 Montgomery Rd (45236).

Interment will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
