LILLIE OGLE FUNERAL TOLD
Funeral service for Mrs. Lillie Mae Ogle, 74, were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug 30 in the First Baptist church of Weleetka, Rev. Robert Easton, pastor, officiating.
Mrs. Ogle was born Oct 10, 1901 at Eufaula, the daughter of Will Alvey and Nancy Bailey Alvey. She married Walter Lee Ogle in 1920 at Eufaula and the family moved to Hanna in 1920 where they lived until moving to Weleetka in 1947. Mrs. Ogle died Thursday morning, Aug 26 in the Saint Francis Hospital of Tulsa following a brief illness. Mr. Ogle preceded her in death in July of 1964.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Sue Stuckey of Ripon, Calif., Mrs. Marie Roth of Taeijia, Wash., and Mrs. Dortha Eckert of Lawton; two sons, Charley Ogle and Thomas Ogle both of Weleetka; two sisters, Mrs. Nora Reeves and Mrs. Ollie Writz, both of Eufaula; two brothers, Tom Alvey and Lee Alvey both of California; 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Interment was in the Weleetka Hillcrest Cemetery under the direction of Shurden Funeral Home of Henryetta.
