He attended schools in Spanish Fork, Utah, graduating from Spanish Fork High School, Class of 1982. A life-long resident of Spanish Fork, he had many friends; and in return, was a good friend to them. He was self-employed for most of his life, as a landscaper, working throughout Utah. He liked working to make his surroundings, as well as others, more beautiful. He also built log cabins. He enjoyed watching sports and visiting with friends.
Bruce married Ronda Harding; later divorced. They had two children: Amanda and Tyson. He later married Tina Brailsford, and they have a son, Dakota, age 11.
He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Tina; his children: Amanda, Tyson, and Dakota; as well as his sisters: Elsie (Roy) Glispy of Mt. Pleasant, Utah; Margaret Prince of Seattle, Washington; and his brothers: Bob Hunt of Bountiful, Utah; and Gilbert Hunt of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers: James Ivan Hunt, Frank Rowe, and Ted Rowe.
A public viewing will be held Thursday, December 31, 2020, from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork. Utah. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Spanish Fork City Cemetery, 420 South 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660.
