Rogers Child Dies In Rankin County; Funeral Saturday

Little Rose Anna Rogers, age 2 years and 2 months, youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Rogers of Route 3, Florence, died at the family residence at 8 a.m. Friday.
Surviving members of the family are her father, Ernest L. Rogers, and mother, Mrs. Ellen Rogers; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Eiland, Mrs. W. O. Gilbert, and Mrs. R. W. Praytor; and four brothers,. Hollis J., J. M., Laze, and Ray N. Rogers; all of Rankin county.
Funeral services will be held from the parent's home at 10 a.m. Saturday with Msgr. Patrick O'Reilly officiating. Interment will follow in Florence cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be W. O. Gilbert, W. R. Praytor, Sr., W. R. Praytor, Jr., and Davage Hardy.
Honorary pallbearers will be Sam Reno, Happy Freeman, R. L. Wilson, Roy Wilson, L, P. McPhail and John Hall.
Taylor funeral home Is in charge of arrangements.
