Jane Carter born 1795 Bulloch Co. GA. died 1856 Jackson Co., lived most of her adult life with her sister Cassandra. Marriage record has never been found, but she had two sons, Noah and Seborn, who are believed to
be the sons of Edmond Goff, they are also listed as the sons of Edmond Goff in
Cyril Cain's book, Four Centuries on the Pascagoula.
In the Carter Letters, she was referred to as 'POOR JANE'
