PELL CITY - Funeral service for Mrs. Ruth June (Riddle) Dillard, age 93, will be Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 2:30pm at the Mineral Springs Baptist Church in Pell City, with the family receiving friends from 1:30pm until service time at the church. She died on Friday surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Mrs. Dillard is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, J. T. Dillard; a son, Mack Dillard; her parents, Nolan and Junie Riddle; two sisters, Helen Free and Johnnie Edwards; two brothers, Charles Brightman and Ellis Allen; and a grand-daughter, Dawn Waldrop.
Survivors include three sons, James Dillard (Lu), Art Dillard (Martha), and Joey Dillard (Janita); two daughters, Wanda Davis (Jeff) and Beth Castleberry (Terry); one brother, Frank Riddle (Linda); 12 grandchildren, Michael Dillard (Kim), Angelia Couch (Levi), Chanda Tucker (Scott), Dusty Castleberry (Tonya), Vicki Huddleston (Blake), Meighan Middlebrooks (Caleb), Adam Phillips, Dustin Dillard, Jordan Dillard, Amanda Martinez, Wil Cornelius, and Bobby Waldrop; 23 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; an aunt, Odie Vann; and God-grandchildren, Sarah and Allton.
