Mary Elizabeth Crittenden, 40, of Chouteau, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020 in Inola, Oklahoma. She was born on June 30, 1980 in Pryor, Oklahoma, the daughter of Eddie Ellis Crittenden and Betty Frances (Kimmitt) Crittenden. Mary graduated from Chouteau High School and furthered her education in Web Design through Northeast Technology Center. She enjoyed so many things in her life: playing bingo, hat collecting, dyeing her hair, watching Cardinal baseball and getting hugs. She was a social butterfly who loved serving people, taking on the church services in the nursing center after COVID kept other churches from coming in to the center. Mary was an active disciple for her Lord making sure His word was still being delivered to everyone there. Mary leaves so many wonderful memories for all who knew and loved her to cherish.

The family suggest donations be made to one of her favorite charities, where she was a patient, The Shriners Hospitals for Children, 4400 Clayton Ave, St. Louis, Missouri 63110, donate.lovetotherescue.org.

She is survived by her sisters, Nora and husband, Tim Courtney of Chouteau OK, Ella and husband, Ralph Neice of Adair, OK and Amanda and husband, Travis Griffin of Chouteau, OK; nieces and nephews, Courtnye Snell, Dalton Griffin, Logan Courtney, Autumn Courtney, Weston Griffin and Brynn Griffin; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Betty Crittenden.
