Kenneth Lee Baker was born December 8, 1934 in Wichita, Kansas. He died December 5, 2020 in Wichita, Kansas. He was veteran of the U. S. Army. He also retired from the Department of the Treasury/Interal Revenue Service with 37 years as an agent.
