Don Sater, a resident of Vacherie, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the age of 65.
Don proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was an avid volunteer at the Veterans Administration Office.
He is survived by his brothers, Richard Sater (Linda) and Robert Sater; and companion, Kate VanSant.
He is preceded in death by his son, Don Sater Jr.; parents, Richard and Blanche Sater; and sister, Connie Russelburg.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
