William A Allen of Route 2, a retired laborer, died at 1:15 Wednesday in Chillicothe Hospital after a three-month illness. He was born March 2, 1889, in KY. On Feb. 24, 1939, he was married to Hannah Ellen Barker who survives. He is also survived by children, Mrs. Imogene Keesee and Mrs. Martha Price, Raymond Allen of Pleasant Valley, and Charles Allen stationed with the Navy at New London, Conn., and two grandchildren. He was a member of the Enterprise Baptist Church of Sandy Hook, KY where the funeral service will be held Sat. The Rev John Fyffe will officiate. Interment will be in Three Locks Cemetery
