Monica Rae May, 54, of Battle Ground, Indiana died unexpectedly at her residence at 2:51 am on Sunday,
November 8, 2020. She was born in Tippecanoe County on September 12,1966 and was the daughter of the late
Gladys V. Collins. Monica was a self-employed HVAC technician. She loved bird watching, deer watching and
motorcycle riding with her late husband, Nick. Monica was a social butterfly and loved to socialize with everyone. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother.
Surviving are a daughter Kayla Rae Wilkinson of Bunker Hill, two sons Brandon Scott Rowlandhurst of
Lafayette, Michael Jay Saylor (Lilly Stichter) of Dayton, a grandson Jose Cantu Jr., and a sister Vivian
Hurst of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nick May, four brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be held from 4 pm until the time of service at 5 pm on Monday, November 16,2020 in the
Chapel of Faith at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to Tippecanoe
Memory Gardens or to a go fund me page that has been established to assist with expenses.
