BURT, NY - Barbara A. Putnam of Burt, NY, formerly of Massachusetts, wife of Daniel W. Anger entered into rest on Sunday July 1, 2018 at home. She was born in Worcester, Mass. on May 3, 1933, the daughter of the late Edward and Marion Bennett Putnam.
Barbara was a Professor in the Department of Counseling and Education of Psychology at SUNY at Buffalo. She was a member of the Scarlet Key at Boston University and a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church where she was on numerous committees. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, reading and spending summers in Cape Cod with family. Barb was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
