Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Keen Elder passed away peacefully on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 9:05 a.m. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents Loren Keen and Wilma Keen (Zimmerman) and husband, Danny "Mike" Michael Elder Sr.
She is survived by a son, Danny Michael Elder Jr. and daughter-in-law, Jessica Beth Elder (Cheser).
Cindy devoted her life to taking care of others. She worked at Autumn Woods Health Campus in New Albany, IN and had over 30 years in long term care. Cindy's desire to take care of others also included a passion for gardening and many furbabies. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. She will be greatly missed but we celebrate her life and return home to the Lord.
A celebration of life will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Bethany United Methodist Church, 2405 Clay St. SE, New Middletown, IN.
A memorial service will be held from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, at Bethany United Methodist Church, New Middletown, IN.
