Ulnar Hart, 78, a former resident of Collingsworth County, died December 20, 1994 at Toledo, Oregon.

He was born July 1916 at Broken Bow, OK to Joe C. and Beulah Marvin Hart. He grew up in the Arlie Community and graduated from Dodson High School in 1934.

He joined the U. S. Navy in 1939 and left the Navy with the rank of Chief Petty Officer in 1945. He was a Pearl Harbor attack survivor. He was president of the Pearl Harbor Survivor organization for two years in Bakersfield and was active in this organization in Oregon. He was a Master Mason and a member of the Baptist church.

Ulnar Hart and Robbie Lee Atchley of Borger were married May 26, 1944 at Vancouver, WA.

Survivors include his wife, Robbie; one son, Joe Robert Hart of Tracy, CA; two daughters, Sheron Hart Berry of California and Peggy hart Wood of New Port, Oregon; one brother, Leon Hart of Las Vega, NE; 3 sisters, Lela Hays of Dallas; Alma Sledge of Stinnett and Azalie Sledge from Anchorage, AK; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
