Anthony C. Adornato, 63, formerly of Syracuse, NY, passed away Tuesday, November 10th at Highpoint on Michigan Health Care Facility in Buffalo, NY. He was born in Syracuse and worked for Monarch Industries before moving to Buffalo in 1995. Anthony was a communicant of Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. An avid bowler, he also loved to dance.

He was predeceased by his parents, Dominick and Rose (Petrone) Adornato; brothers, Dominick, Jr. and Michael Adornato. Anthony is survived by his sister, Marie Alcaras of Buffalo; brother, Joseph Adornato of Syracuse; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral mass to honor Anthony's life will be held on Monday, November 16th, 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. A calling hour will be on Monday, November 16th, prior to the funeral mass from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church, 301 Ash Street, Syracuse. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum.
