Lois and Arpod had three children between 1940 and 1951: RA, Patricia, and Welton. After the birth of their first child, Lois and Arpod moved to Hardin Co., Texas, residing in Silsbee.
Lois passed away in Silsbee at the age of eighty-three on the 13 August 2004, eighteen years after her husband. She was buried next to her husband in Silsbee's Cunningham Cemetery.
