William is the son of William Winchester, Jr. (1750-1812).
On May 5, 1814 he married Henrietta Cromwell (1788-1836) in Baltimore.

After the death of Henrietta's sister Elizabeth (Cromwell) Irwin in 1825, Henrietta and William raised Elizabeth's four children.
I have no idea where Wm. and Henrietta are buried. The family was quite wealthy and no doubt had a grave stone somewhere, but I've search Baltimore and can't find a thing. Perhaps one day, their final resting place will be revealed. William's parents, as well as his daughter Elizabeth (Winchester) Donaldson are buried at Old Saint Paul's Cemetery in Baltimore; while son's James and Thomas are buried at Green Mount - also at Green Mount are three of the four Irwin children that William and Henrietta raised.
