Mildred Kowallis Goddard was born September 2, 1912 in River Heights, near Logan, Utah. She was the youngest of seven living children. She married Ralph H. Goddard, her husband of 72 years, in the Salt Lake Temple on March 18, 1935. She died of Natural Causes at the Highland Cove Care Center in Holladay, Utah on September 26, leaving behind her husband, a son Reed (Jean) and daughter Justine Kelsey (Stephen) and Louise, all of Salt Lake City; a brother Richard Kowallis of Orem; seven grandchildren, 14 great-grand-children and one great-great-grand child, all of whom are already missing her greatly. She was a gracious, gentle, generous lady who leaves a legacy of wisdom and example and a strong testimony of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

A Viewing will be held at Wasatach Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Dr. on Sunday, September 30 from 5-7 p.m.

A Graveside Service will be held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S. Highland Dr. on Mon. October 1 at 2 p.m.
