Marcie Syverson was born Sept. 26, 1935, in Ulen, Minn. She graduated from Moorhead High School. On Sept. 16, 1955, she married Donald Matson. She managed the North Dakota Air National Guard Base Exchange in Fargo for 20 years.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Rick, Fargo; a daughter, Tami (Ed) Manska, Burnsville, Minn.; her mother, Maxine Fish, Moorhead; and a brother, Gerry (Joan), Moorhead.
