He was a song and dance man who has been described as the biggest tale-spinner who ever lived. His stories covered a wide range of topics including his participation in the Spanish-American War. He owned restaurants in Selma and Kingsburg, CA and formerly lived on Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley and on Dalton in Madera.
