Mrs. Pennington was born in Iowa and moved to Arizona from Denver this year.
Survivors include a son, Kevin Boger; stepdaughter, Debbie Jane; and brother, Donald R. Ernst.
Services will be at 6 p.m. Monday at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway.
