The remains of Israel Alder who
died at the Soldiers' Home at Dan-
ville, IIL, was brought to Logans-
port Sunday and taken to the
home of his son, James Alder, 223
Montgomery street. The funeral
was held this afternoon from the
Chase Chapel, under the auspices
of the Logansport Post No. 14
Grand Army Republic. Burial
took place in Mount Hope
Cemetery.
