Ada Mary Eddleman, 48-year-old Elliston matron and wife of John L. Eddleman of that community, died Tuesday at St. Peter's hospital. She had been ill only a few days. Mrs. Eddleman was born in England Nov. 9, 1899, and came to the United States as a young girl. She resided in Butte until 1940, when she moved to Eilliston, where she had resided since. She and Mr. Eddleman were married here Aug. 9, 1944. She was a member of the American Legion auxiliary and the Episcopal church. Surviving, In addition to her husband, are a son, John Launchbury of Powell, Wyo., and two daughters, Nada Beckwith of Whitehall and Dorothy Thompson of Elliston. Funeral services will .be conducted at 1 o'clock Friday in the Opp-Conrad-Retz chapel by the Rev. Robert H. Prentice. Burial will be in Mountain View cemetery in Butte.
