Mrs. Mattie Irene Drury Sea, age 76, Chaplin, died Tuesday, January 17, 1995 at Flaget Hospital in Bardstown. Born October 13, 1918 she was the daughter of the late Cleo Drury and Mae Dennis Drury. She was a homemaker and a member of Fairview Christian Church. Survivors include: her husband, Louis Millard Sea; two sons, Hugh Coy Sea, Lawrenceburg and Louis Herldon Sea, Chaplin; four sisters, Mrs. Mina Carrier, Frankfort, Mrs. Olene Duncan, Lawrenceburg, Mrs. Morgan (Marie) Burns, Chaplin and Mrs. Hilda Drury, Lawrenceburg; eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Odis Drury and a sister, Emma Sandford. Services for Mrs. Sea will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 20 at Gash Memorial Chapel in Lawrenceburg with Bro. Billy Ford, Bro. Bryan Sherwood and Bro. George Martin officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
