Philip Francis "Frank" Howard last lived in San Antonio, Tx. He married 1873, Georgia Coe (1849-1918), of Gonzales County, Tx. Their nine children were Howard (c1874-died yg.), Ethel DuVal (1876-1938), Philip Coe (1877-1955), William Henry (1880-1920), Nellie M. (1882-1967), Georgia Sue (1886-1955), Hattie E. (1885-), Howard (c1887-), and Felton F. Howard (1889-). Ethel DuVal Howard (1876-1918) married in 1897, William Edward Tom (1854-1936), of Atascosa County, Tx. Two daughters were Naomi Georgia (1899-1978), and Willie Mae Tom (1908-92) who lived in Laredo, Tx. The latter married in 1926, Gustav Edward Matthews (1900-61), and their daughter was Ethel Cherie Matthews. Naomi Georgia Tom (1899-1978) married Robert Dougherty Bluntzer (1897-1980). Their son, Dr. Robert Dougherty Bluntzer, Jr. (1929-2013)(Georgetown 1952)(TexA&M DVM 1959), married, and their daughter, Diana Bluntzer, married a Dura.
