Rosary for Mary Sassoe Beruatti, 77, was held Friday, Jan. 18 at 8 p.m. in Holy Angels Catholic Church in Globe with Father Thomas A. Dole officiating. Entombment was at the Mausoleum of the Last Supper in Pinal Cemetery.
Mrs. Beruatti, who died Jan. 14 in Gila General Hospital, was born Jan. 6, 1886, in Coloretto, Italy. She was a resident of the Globe-Miami district for 56 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Lucy Caretto of Wheatfields, and Mr. Jennei Coppa of Globe; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Veronda of Petaluma, Calif., and Mrs. Theresa Gallo of Colleretto, Italy, two granddaughters, ang two great-granddaughters.
