A. Betty Remington, 88, of 9561 Park Place Drive, formerly of Pawtucket, former owner of Betty's Curtain Shop, West Avenue, Pawtucket, for 25 years, retiring in 1968, died Tuesday at home.
She was the wife of Joseph H. Remington.
Born in Newton Falls, Mass., a daughter of the late John and Margaret (McIntyre) Brown, she lived in Pawtucket most of her life before she moved to Florida 12 years ago.
She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Pawtucket.
Besides her husband, she leaves several nieces and nephews.
