Jean D. Biggard (Morgan)-Born in Wasco, CA on December 13, 1940 left
us on September 17, 2007 after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Simon J. and Lola Mae Morgan of Phoenix, AZ and her sister Karen Stasko of Massachusetts. She is survived by her daughters Pamela Hawk, of Idaho and Debra Liming of Ohio, her grandchildren Megan and Travis Hawk, of Idaho and Joshua McNaughton of Arizona. She is also survived by her sisters Evelyn Jordan and Joyce Crosser of Arizona, her brothers Jack and Rocky Morgan of Texas, seven nieces and nephews and many others who loved her. She was an active member of the USO from 1957-1960 in AZ where she met her husband Richard Biggard of New Jersey. Jean moved from Phoenix, AZ to Idaho to be with her daughters in 2005. During her last years she lived at Capital Care Center where she helped those less fortunate than herself and to raise funds for the recreation committee. She will be lovingly missed.
