Born to Cecil E. and Violet Caroline (Kelley) Worley, he married Judith Arnold in East St. Louis on Aug. 1, 1959. She survives.

Jack is also survived by his children, Allison (Mike) Demanes, Todd (Peggy) Worley and Scott (Kim) Worley; brothers, Cecil (Barb) Jr., Fred and Richard (Debbie); sister, Viola (Vern) Harris; many nieces and nephews; his grandchildren, Joshua, Matt, Clayton, Danny, Courtney, Cecily, Julia and Autumn; and his great-grandchildren, Kamrin and Katlin.

His parents and two sisters preceded him in death.

Jack worked as a machinist for Caterpillar for 30 years, retiring in 1999.

He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing.

The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. is assisting the family with arrangements.
