Joyce Marie Roach was born on August 13, 1929 in Warren, Oklahoma to Ernest Webster and Clara Frances (Gardner) Roach. She grew up in Warren and graduated from the Warren School. Joyce worked as a casino slot department cashier in Reno, Nevada for many years before retiring. She married C.W. White in 1982 in Virginia City, Nevada. He passed in 2006.
Joyce was a member of the Salvation Army, Altus, OK Corps, and enjoyed card games, needlework, reading and watching westerns on TV.
Her parents, husband, and a son, Vincent Manus, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Kenneth Bruce Menshew; granddaughter, Julie Maans and husband, Steve; and a daughter-in-law, Ann Kennedy Hensen.
