PEA RIDGE — Juanita Wells, 84, of Pea Ridge died Sept. 19, 2007, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born June 17, 1923, in St. Paul, Kan., to Arthur George and Hazel Agnes Yawman Yockey.

She moved to the area in June 2007 from Tucson, Ariz. She was a department store clerk, a Baptist and enjoyed reading, traveling and house plants. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Wells.

Survivors include three sons, Ernest L. Williams and Delores Johnson, of Overland Park, Kan., Stephen C. Williams of Long Beach, Calif., and Robert W. Williams and Mary of Jane, Mo.; one daughter, Constance L. Rooney of Tucson; five sisters, Mary Groves, Sylvia Moore and Donna Fletcher, all of Garfield, Mildred Morgan of Broken Arrow, Okla., Kitty Henson of Pea Ridge; two brothers, Harold Yockey of Bella Vista, Bill Yockey of Pea Ridge; nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements were by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge, online at siscofuneralhome.net.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of Gary and Donna Fletcher, 15148 Gary Fletcher Road, Garfield, 72732.
